New electronic payroll module in Medifony, iMenu and Sisfac

You can now manage your company’s payroll from the system you already use. The new electronic payroll module is available in Medifony, iMenu and Sisfac.
What’s included
- Employee records with position, health insurer (EPS), pension and severance funds, occupational risk insurer (ARL), family compensation fund, bank and fixed items.
- Automatic payroll calculation of salary, transport allowance, overtime, service bonus, severance and interest, health and pension contributions, vacations, sick leave, other leave and other earnings and deductions, with the option to adjust amounts.
- Electronic payroll document for the DIAN (Colombia’s tax authority): generated per period, individually or in bulk, submitted with the CUNE code returned. Includes the XML, the PDF version and email delivery to the employee.
- Adjustment notes to replace or void documents already submitted.
- Automatic accounting entries for payroll and its payment, with configurable accounts and cost centers.
