Report your RIPS to the Ministry of Health from Medifony

With Medifony, RIPS reporting is no longer a separate task. The system generates them from every healthcare electronic invoice and sends them to the FEV-RIPS platform of Colombia’s Ministry of Health and Social Protection, in accordance with Resolution 2275 of 2023.

What you can do

• Generate RIPS in JSON format from the electronic invoice and its credit and debit notes.
• File them with the Ministry in one click and receive the CUV (Unique Validation Code), stored with the invoice so you can copy or download it.
• Review and fix validation errors returned by the Ministry on a clear screen.
• Keep track of what’s pending: the Pending RIPS alert lists invoices that don’t have a CUV yet, with a button to file them.
• Report RIPS without an invoice when needed.
• Invoice the way you need: one invoice per patient or grouped by services, with the summary in PDF or Excel and supporting documents in a ZIP file.
